It’s So Quick & Easy to Create a New Data Story.

Nugit is designed to make it quick and easy to create Data Stories for all the business situations you encounter daily. Campaign trackers, Client reports, In-depth Performance Analysis, Top-level board reports… All these can be created in minutes. In fact, it’s so easy to create Data Stories you might find that your team produces quite a lot and things can get a little disorganised!

Introducing... Folders!

To make sure you can always find what you need we’ve launched a handy new feature called Folders. Instead of being greeted by the dozens of data stories you and your colleagues have created, you can now organise your stories inside a Group by theme, brand, market or whatever suits your needs.

One of the big benefits of having your story library organised effectively is that all users can identify and explore the most relevant and meaningful stories to them instead of being distracted by other drafts or incomplete stories. If you’re part of a large marketing team, you might decide to organise folders by different campaigns, for example. You can then dip into any campaign folder to see all the relevant stories, created by yourself and others, that you may not have even been aware of.

Everyone Can Use Data With Confidence.

Working with data can be confusing. Even if you’re data savvy yourself there’s likely to be others within your business that find it intimidating. We want to help change that and give people simple, effective tools that make data work for them, regardless of their skill level. We’re constantly evolving and refining our Data Storytelling Platform and this new update is just one example of that, there are lots more upgrades regularly happening behind the scenes. How Do You Get Started?

Any user in your team can create a folder, but only the story creator and the team’s admin users can move them into folders. When a folder creator / admin user deletes a folder they will be given the option to keep or delete the stories within it.

You’ll also notice we’ve removed the ‘Segments’ section from Home Page and Group Page to minimise any confusion. You can still find segments via the Hamburger menu.
